Are you a Community Paediatric Nurse looking for a Monday to Friday role that offers real work–life balance, a salary up to £39,000, and a company car or £4,877 car allowance? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national homecare provider, delivering specialist paediatric nursing care to children and families across West London, directly within their own homes.

In this role, the Community Paediatric Nurse will manage a small, manageable caseload of just 4–5 children per day, allowing time to deliver genuinely personalised care while building strong, trusting relationships with families and carers.

The Role
  • Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in the community, including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor ongoing care needs
  • Manage a focused daily caseload, ensuring continuity, safety, and high clinical standards
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and NHS partners to coordinate care
  • Support children with complex needs in a safe, familiar home environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN / RCN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings
  • Confident in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments
  • Phlebotomy skills desirable but not essential
