Full Description:

Working with the Chair and the Marketing Director, the main responsibilities are to:

  • Enhance and deepen relationships with key stakeholders in organisations where payroll saving schemes are already in place. This involves initiating regular contacts (e.g., HR managers), proposing and delivering promotional activities to increase awareness of payroll saving and its benefits among employees.
  • Research and identify organisations that might be candidates for a payroll saving scheme and find their key contacts.
  • Identify local organisations/community groups and their contacts. Seek opportunities to promote our services through attending events, placing/replacing posters or leaflets, etc. Initial formal approaches may be supported by Board members, but regular contact is necessary for success.

These responsibilities will add a personal contact level to enhance our work via website and social media activity.
