Community & Marketing Assistant – Europe

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Community & Marketing Assistant to support our efforts in Europe. You’ll play a key role in managing our local crypto communities, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting day‑to‑day marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Web3 and eager to grow within a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the exchange’s local Telegram, Discord, and social media communities (Twitter, Reddit, etc.) in Europe.
• Support regional marketing campaigns including airdrops, referral programs, promotions, and events.
• Help coordinate and localize content (blog posts, announcements, visuals, etc.) for European audiences.
• Assist with influencer and KOL outreach, affiliate partnerships, and community leader collaborations.
• Monitor user feedback and questions, and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Track and report on community and campaign performance metrics.
• Stay up to date with local crypto trends, regulatory news, and competitor activity.
• Provide translation or content proofreading (depending on your language background) for localized communication.

Requirements

• Based in Europe (any country in the region is acceptable).
• 1+ year of experience in community management, marketing, or social media – preferably in crypto/Web3/fintech.
• Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and community culture.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local country language.
• Familiar with platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Notion, Canva, and Google Suite.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
