Community Housing Officer
Join our Housing Management Service as a Community Housing Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of tenancies and communal spaces. We are committed to providing safe, secure, and supportive living environments for all Council tenants and leaseholders.
We are looking to recruit a Community Housing Officer to join our teambased in Ipswich, Suffolk. The position offers a full‑time, fixed‑term or secondment opportunity for 12 months and pays £37,280 – £44,075 per annum (pro rata for part‑time).
To be successful, you will hold, be working towards, or will be committed to completing the CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Management.
A full driving licence and access to a car is essential to be able to conduct home visits.
