A healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Community Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to patients within their own homes. An opportunity has arisen for a Band3 Healthcare Assistant to join our busy neighbourhood team. You need to be a motivated, flexible, resourceful, caring and compassionate individual. You will be supported by a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality care whilst supporting patients with a variety of conditions and needs within their own homes.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills as you will work closely with other professionals, outside agencies and patient families. It is essential that you can meet the travel requirements of the role.

This is a part time post working 30 hours per week. Please note the Trust will not routinely provide sponsorship to work for this role. In addition to meeting Home Office salary threshold you must have significant experience to be offered top of the pay band and work a minimum of 35.5 hours per week.
