Job description

Overview

CALM aims to improve the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of the community through formal programmes, creative classes, access to a community cafe, a range of volunteering opportunities and workshops including yoga and meditation. At CALM there is a beautiful green space for growing and relaxing. This space needs support to use and maintain it in all different ways.

There are manual tasks and jobs that always need doing on small or large scales. We welcome people who have growing or gardening experience to come and share their knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the CALM green space through gardening, maintenance and related tasks.
• Assist with a range of manual activities to support the community space.

CALM CIC in Peterlee, 11-4pm Wednesdays and Saturdays. Any time that can be given is welcome.
