Qualifications

• A Degree/Diploma in Adult Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care as part of a 24-hour district nursing service.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients at home.
• Supervise the team in the absence of the District Nursing Team Leader.
