Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

A role you will love

Reporting to the Communications Delivery Manager, the major responsibility of the Communications Delivery Specialist is project-based work relating to shareholder communications. This includes using internal software to create or decide to create statements, emails and letters and liaising with other areas of the business to define requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects to the highest level of quality.
  • Email accurate mailings and broadcasts for CPM using multiple systems

Liaison with clients inc. written communication and Teams calls

Management of internal stakeholders and working with team members to drive change

  • Providing evidence of benefits and improvements made by Communications Delivery
  • Ensure you follow the project governance and internal processes, policies and controls. Advisory emails implemented
  • Report any breaches or incidents, then subsequently assess and plan in place to avoid future occurrences
What will you bring to the role?

The successful individual will be a qualified accountant possessing a strong technical background, ideally obtained from several years in Practice, alongside direct industry experience. You will have already gained management experience in a large complex organisation or be ready to take on a management role within a Global Financial Services business.

Key attributes
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with specific experience working in share plans or financial compensation environment is preferable
  • Passionate about customers, with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.
  • Experience of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Experience of managing projects and running simultaneous projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong personal and operational organisational skills, able to manage multiple complex activities running in parallel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences.
