Here’s what you will be doing

Administrative support

• Facilitating regular client needs and keeping accounts organised and on track
• Helping us maintain weekly/monthly activity reports, with an eye on key milestones and current activities
• Monitoring and tracking of media coverage and social media sentiment, and creating coverage reports for monthly and project recaps
• Creating tailored press and events lists
• Coordinating calls, meetings, and media opportunities
• Learning the ins and outs of the brands we work with
• Support senior management in streamlining workload and small administrative tasks

Media liaison and outreach

• Identify journalists and publications in gaming, esports, and business publications that we can pitch to
• Build a strong network of media friendlies, and maintain those relationships
• Craft unique and well‑tailored pitches for relevant journalists
• Secure coverage and celebrate wins!
