The role
We are looking for a Commercial, Technology and Outsourcing Associate(c. 2-5 PQE). The ideal candidate will be an excellent technicallawyer, with a commercial approach to negotiations and resolving issues.
You will typically have an opportunity to be involved in a wideselection of work, but your primary role will be leading andsupporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing (whether BPO, IT orotherwise) and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing,systems development/integration and digital transformation). You willwork across sectors, with a particular focus on contracts andnegotiations in the context of the retail & consumer, TMT,business support services and fintech.
