A law firm is seeking a commercial property Paralegal to join their Real Estate Team in Amersham. The role

Blaser Mills has a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property Paralegal to join our Real Estate Team based in Amersham.

The successful candidates will ideally have a law degree or significant experience in a commercial property setting and be confident in assisting fee earners.

The team

We have an excellent, long‑standing reputation for our expertise across all commercial property/real estate disciplines. We are also ideally geographically placed to attract work from a wide area. These factors provide the Team with a strong, established stream of work, as well as a flow of referrals in from our wider commercial department teams.

Key experience

You should have excellent IT (including data inputting) and organisational skills to have the ability to assist a fee earner or multiple fee earners. You should have experience in amending and collating letters, communicating with clients, third parties and colleagues by email, in person and on the telephone. Knowledge of anti‑money laundering and client due diligence procedures is preferable, along with being numerically confident.

  • Assisting the onboarding team
  • Experience of using a document management system
  • Supporting the team on a day‑to‑day basis including client calls, emails and in‑person meetings
  • Compiling your own written communications
  • Drafting documentation as required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and working with client ledgers
  • Assisting with post completion matters and file closing

Salary dependent on PQE, to be discussed at interview.
