Multi‑Skilled HVAC / Plumber Engineer – Tilbury – £44,000 per annum – No Call out.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning
• Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
• Self‑delivery of smaller installations
• Inspect air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faulty equipment
• Service and maintenance of air conditioning units
• Installation of air conditioning units
• Have good written and spoken communication skills
• Manage PPM, day works, statutory compliance and call‑outs as appropriate
• Service and maintenance of air conditioning units, including VRF systems, chillers and heat pumps
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems
• Diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
• Order and fit parts or components to equipment when required
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
• Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships

Person specification

Package

• Salary: £44,000 per annum
• Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
