An automotive retail leader in Manchester is looking for a Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of automotive systems, strong sales skills, and the ability to support a team. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in automotive parts is preferred. This full-time role offers sales commission eligibility based on performance.
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role is responsible for profitable growth via customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from multiple channels, and directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Full‑time position.
Effective communication, listening and problem solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks and working together to achieve goals.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
ASE Certification Preferred, But Not Required.

Position is eligible for sales commission based on individual or store performance.
