Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northampton for a Commercial Partnerships Executive. The role involves managing relationships with commercial partners, ensuring efficient follow-up on partnership opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships, coordinating sponsor activations, and supporting the commercial team to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Commercial acumen and expertise in Commercial Management
  • Proficiency in Following Up and building relationships with partners
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour
  • Customer Service experience and a proven ability to deliver high-quality partner experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
