You’ll be joining Bauer Media’s Advertising team, which unites our audio and publishing business areas under the ethos ‘Together We Create Impact.’ We’re passionate about delivering innovative solutions and driving cultural change around mental health, gender equality, and sustainability. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll work closely with sales, research, and commercial teams to deliver insights that make a real difference.

As a Commercial Insights Executive, you’ll play a key role in enhancing market intelligence and supporting Bauer’s commercial strategy. You’ll work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables that help strengthen agency and client relationships.

Your role

You’ll support the Commercial Insight team in delivering actionable insights and market intelligence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure insights drive business forward
  • Provide compelling, data‑driven narratives for commercial audiences
  • Deliver regular market intelligence across the business
  • Use research and market information creatively to support sales and research projects
  • Design and execute primary research to answer business‑critical questions
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc research and audience‑led projects
  • Interrogate existing research sources to uncover commercial opportunities

  • Analytical thinker with an enquiring mind
  • Highly numerate and articulate with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data creatively
  • Flexible approach with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
