Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and filters.
• Experience with MS Power Automate is desirable, training available.
• Previous reporting or analyst experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial team with the creation and maintenance of sales price files.
• Manage and maintain the Phocas reporting database.
• Produce profitability calculations for new business opportunities.
• Manage internal E-Commerce channels while identifying growth opportunities.
• Deliver monthly reporting and insights on channel performance.
• Provide detailed net margin analysis and recommendations.
• Assist with buying group reporting and deliver accurate commercial data.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools.
