  • Ensure OCU AFPs are submitted to the correct department.
  • Liaise with clients AFP approvers and build relationships.
  • Follow up on outstanding AFPs for PO release.
  • Process Purchase orders against AFPs.
  • Generate weekly reports on outstanding AFPs.

Job description
Commercial Administrator

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to our busy Commercial team, Program managers and our NPG Engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure OCU AFPs are submitted to the correct department within NPG.
  • Liaise with clients AFP approvers and build relationships.
  • Follow up/Chase outstanding AFPs once submitted for PO release.
  • Provide information to the commercial department on rejected/disputed AFPs.
  • Process Purchase orders against AFPs so an invoice can be raised.
  • Identify/resolve issues with purchase orders and aged AFPs.
  • Generate weekly reports detailing status of outstanding AFPs.
  • Reconcile client AFP database with OCU’s.
  • General assistance to the Commercial Team.
  • General filing and folder management.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a Commercial Administration role.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Willing to use initiative when required.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
