Location: Winchester
Reports To: Commercial Insurance Manager
Salary Range: Up To £35k and negotiable depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.40 to 5pm

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced commercial account handler to join our existing busy team. Using previous experience you have gained in a similar role you will be looking after new and existing clients forging good personal relationships and winning business. We advise on a variety of products including, Motor Fleet, SME Business, Property Owners, PI, Shop and Offices. Good product knowledge is essential. We have a selected group of leading insurers where we place business and enjoy great relationships with our insurer partners. We offer competitively priced products and are regulated by the FCA. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Using bespoke computer system, Acturis & CDL
• Advising on different types of insurance and products
• Providing key support to commercial team
• Engaging with clients by telephone and e-mail
• Liaising with insurance companies to make amendments and discuss existing policies
• Maintaining a good level of personal smartness and presentation
• Identifying client needs and suiting them to the correct product
• Adherence to company procedures and compliance obligations
• Treating the customer fairly and giving sound advice
