Job summary

A local council in the UK is seeking an Assistant Cook for Pen Y Dre High School to manage kitchen operations, including meal preparation and staff supervision. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Level II hygiene certificate and be subject to an enhanced DBS check. A desire to speak Welsh is preferred. Qualifications

  • Ensure standards set out in the Catering Contract are met.
  • Organisation, supervision and training of catering staff to provide a quality service to customers in a safe working environment.
  • Comply with all administrative and financial procedures set out in the Contract specification.
