Tasks

What you’ll do

  • Game‑changing PLG strategy: Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through rapid experimentation and iteration.
  • Run creative growth loops: Launch and optimize experiments across TikTok, Reddit, influencers, wellness/health communities, and in‑app virality.
  • Bridge product & growth: Translate consumer insights into product features, onboarding flows, and growth mechanics.
  • Shape brand & positioning: Craft Zenna’s narrative for users, investors, and partners as we scale.
  • Build scalable growth systems: From analytics and funnels to referral engines and community‑driven growth.
Requirements

What we value

  • Proven track record in B2C product growth (apps in health, wellness, or lifestyle a big plus).
  • Experience building growth loops and data‑driven acquisition/retention strategies.
  • Strategic mindset—able to balance short‑term experiments with long‑term product vision.
  • Startup DNA: resourceful, fast executor, thrives in ambiguity.
  • Fundraising credibility: prior startup experience or strong academic/professional background is a plus.
