A community-focused organization in Manchester is seeking a Be Well Coach to support individuals in achieving their health and wellbeing goals. The role involves working with people needing high-level support and collaborating with professionals and community partners. This is a fixed-term position of 35 hours per week, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the local community. Suitable candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for empowering others.

As a Be Well Coach, you will support people to change their lifestyle, health and wellbeing. Working within the local community, you will work alongside professionals and community partners and be a key link in your neighbourhood.
The people you work with will have been assessed as needing high-level support to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Three or more issues will be preventing them from making changes and many will be struggling to make those changes.
