Working closely with the Co-Pack Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the department, leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional results.You will have an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring 100% quality and safety, making sure all processes are followed correctly. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shift, so excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills are essential.
