Job summary

A precision engineering company in Saffron Walden is seeking skilled CNC Millers and Turners to join their growing team. Responsibilities include setting up and operating Mazak CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidates will have proven machining experience and ideally be familiar with Mazatrol programming. Competitive salary based on experience offered. Permanent positions available.

Job description

CNC Millers and Turners opportunities in this successful expanding aerospace precision engineering company. You should be an experienced machinist capable of working from drawings and ideally programming online with Mazatrol controls on 3 axis Mazak CNC Mills or Mazak CNC lathes. Minimum requirement is a strong setter operator who can understand engineering drawings and be familiar with programming offsets where required. The work is varied to include various metals, runs sizes and complexity. As you would expect basic inspection skills are required. Starting salary dependant on experience.
