A precision engineering firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled CNC Miller for a permanent position. This role involves setting and operating multi-axis milling machines to produce high-precision components for the Aerospace and other sectors. You will work a 4-day week with every Friday off, enjoy a supportive environment, and receive competitive pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations and attention to detail, ensuring quality in their outputs.

Due to continued growth, reinvestment, and excellent staff retention, we now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team. You will be working within a modern, clean, and state‑of‑the‑art facility as part of a highly skilled and supportive engineering team.
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for offline programming, setting, and operating a range of modern CNC Vertical Machining Centres to produce high‑precision components.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am 5:30 pm (30‑minute lunch break)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5× for all hours worked over 40 per week.
Holidays: 22 days paid holiday + all national bank holidays.
