Qualifications

• Experienced CNC Miller with strong 5-axis machining background.
• Confident using CAM software or editing programs at machine level.
• Comfortable machining stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and engineering alloys.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Prepare tooling, fixtures, workholding, probes, and offsets.
• Load and verify programs and setup sheets.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspection.

TheRole 5AxisCNCMillerrequiredtojoinaprecisionengineeringbusinessproducinghigh-precision,close-tolerancecomponentsinalow-volume,made-to-orderenvironment.

Workingwithinacell-drivensetup,youwillprogram,set,andrun5-axisCNCmillingmachines,supportingquality,accuracy,andon-timedeliveryacrossregulatedsectorwork.

Theworkshopoperatesmodernpalletisedandrobotic-loaded5-axismachines,includingBrother,Matsuura,andDMG.
