Role Overview

As an Affiliate Psychological Therapist, you will provide high‑quality therapy to clients (adults and/or children) within your areas of expertise. You’ll work on a self‑employed basis with flexible scheduling, committing a minimum of 4 hours per week, or more, according to your availability. This role offers you the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from referrals generated by our clinic’s strong community reputation. With a waiting list of clients seeking support, new team members can expect to build a caseload quickly, and we are scheduling informal discussions from those who have an interest in joining.

Who We're Looking For

We invite applications from skilled and empathetic professionals such as:

• Clinical Psychologists (including those specialising in child & adolescent care)
• Accredited CBT Therapists
• Therapists experienced in neurodevelopmental conditions (Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, etc.)

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• At least two years post‑qualification experience (NHS or equivalent preferred)
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in your field of practice
• Willingness to work with either adults or children (or both)
• Active professional registration/accreditation (e.g. HCPC, BABCP, EMDR UK or equivalent)
