A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for their Pharmacy team at HMP Thameside. In this full-time role, you'll provide expert clinical advice and manage the prison pharmacy service, ensuring high-quality care. The ideal candidate will be a GPhC registered Pharmacist with leadership experience. We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Thameside, a category B Prison, a remand prison located in Thamesmead, London. This is a privately run prison.
There is staff parking, good access by bus and train, staff canteen, on‑site gym, PPG training pathway. This is a large and busy team of 18 which includes 2 Clinical Pharmacists, a dispensary team, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, and wing‑based technicians.
Working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9‑5pm, no weekends.
This position is full time; you’ll receive an annual salary up to £60,926 per annum FTE—depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
