Qualifications

  • Experience managing Multi track clinical negligence and personal injury costs files.
  • Proficient user of Costs Master as well as general IT software such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Experience drafting budgets, negotiations, and bills of costs in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of multi-track Clinical Negligence costs files from inception to completion.
  • Instruct counsel and prepare all kinds of Costs documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and provide general advice, costs estimates.

Education

ACL qualification or willingness to work towards it
