# Clinical Lead(UK Visa Sponsorship)### Job Description## Role OverviewAn exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMNH) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join the Springwood Unit at Malton Hospital.This Band 6 role offers the chance to take the next step in your clinical career, combining direct patient care with leadership, supervision, and service improvement responsibilities.
