• You must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• Track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.

• Support the delivery of quality care as Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead.
• Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits.
• Assist the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence.
