A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Lead for Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) services, offering a salary of up to £70,000 based on experience. This full-time role includes leading the development of clinical models, supervising other clinicians, and conducting assessments. The position is national with a negotiable base and supports a hybrid work approach. Ideal candidates will be experienced psychologists with a commitment to working with children and young people in trauma-informed settings.

Lead the ongoing development of the clinical model, manage and supervise other clinicians across the country, and support the delivery of both direct and indirect support to children and young people. Responsibilities include conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence‑based interventions, and designing bespoke training packages for staff teams. Additionally, support teams in delivering clinically focused meetings, consultation, and reflective practice.
For over 25 years, our specialist residential care services have provided therapeutic care and education for girls who have experienced child sexual exploitation (CSE). We aim to reduce risk factors through an evidence‑based, trauma‑informed model of care that delivers therapeutic residential care, individual therapy, and education packages.
