Role Summary

Clinical Lead – Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) services. Salary/Benefits: up to £70,000 depending on experience. Hours: Full-time. Location: National role base negotiable – hybrid work.

Main Duties

Lead the ongoing development of the clinical model, manage and supervise other clinicians across the country, and support the delivery of both direct and indirect support to children and young people. Responsibilities include conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence‑based interventions, and designing bespoke training packages for staff teams. Additionally, support teams in delivering clinically focused meetings, consultation, and reflective practice.

About the Organisation

For over 25 years, our specialist residential care services have provided therapeutic care and education for girls who have experienced child sexual exploitation (CSE). We aim to reduce risk factors through an evidence‑based, trauma‑informed model of care that delivers therapeutic residential care, individual therapy, and education packages.

Candidate Profile

To be successful you must:

  • Be a qualified Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
  • Have experience working with children and young people in settings such as CAMHS, residential care, or trauma‑informed services.
  • Possess experience delivering evidence‑based, trauma‑informed therapeutic interventions, training, assessment, and management of a range of presenting needs.
  • Have experience supervising and managing other clinicians.
  • Be able to conduct specialist clinical assessments and produce high‑quality reports.
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
