About the role

We are looking for a strategic and supportive partner for our clients. You will focus on building loyalty to ensure long‑term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing expertise on our products and services to our clients
  • Solving client queries and offering solutions
  • Ensuring our clients are getting the best products & solutions for their long‑term strategy
  • Understanding clients’ needs and capturing feedback to improve products and services
  • Proactively communicating with our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participating in networking events
About you
  • Previous experience in a client/customer service role, with international corporate organisations
  • Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently + German
  • A natural networker and a team player
  • A passion for research and finding solutions
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
