A UK wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Executive in Cambridge. In this role, you'll be the primary contact for client enquiries, managing client lifecycle processes and supporting Investment Managers in administration. This position requires experience in Financial Services, strong communication skills, and a knowledge of the regulatory environment. The role is primarily office-based with opportunities to engage in wider projects.

Client Service Executive
Cambridge
12 Month FTC
Primarily office based
In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries. You will manage all client lifecycle processes and oversee the operating model for your respective investment management team whilst delivering and contributing to excellent client service.
This is an interesting and varied role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in office wide projects e.g. marketing or events projects. You will attend client meetings, correspond with clients over the phone and in writing and support our team of thirteen Investment Managers with tasks such as administration and report writing.
