Qualifications

  • Conduct quality audits to ensure service standards compliance.
  • Maintain client data accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Support delivery of project work as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty regulations.

The purpose of this role is to supervise and oversee the administration and generation of client annual valuation reporting (AVR) and quarterly transactional reports (QTR). Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and to a compliant and high standard.

Client Reporting Team Supervisor you will typically:
  • Manage the generation with a high level accuracy of AVRs to support adviser reviews
  • Manage process of generation, quality control and delivery of QTRs within agreed service levels, whilst working with other stakeholders to ensure accurate content for continuous client satisfaction
  • Manage performance of the team through 1:1 and goal setting, ensuring that productivity targets and servicing of clients’ accounts are met on an individual and team basis
  • Analyse weekly and monthly team MI, proactively forecast resourcing requirements to meet SLAs, ensuring escalation to line manager where necessary and provide suitable commentary for board report submission
  • Conduct quality audits for the team to ensure consistency of service standards and procedures
  • Ensure that all administration systems are maintained, client data is accurate and up to date where appropriate, referring any discrepancies to other teams as necessary
  • Support the delivery of any project work as required
  • Maintain a clear understanding of service propositions and adherence to Consumer Duty and how the business seeks to comply with this FCA requirement.
