A leading independent financial advisory firm in the UK is seeking a Client Reporting Team Supervisor to oversee the administration of client reporting. You will manage a team to ensure high-quality delivery of annual valuation and quarterly reports while fostering a focus on compliance and service standards. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience of managing and supervising a team.
  • Previous experience with training and mentoring staff.
  • Good understanding of the financial services market and investment products.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Duty.
  • Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the generation of AVRs to support adviser reviews.
  • Manage quality control and delivery of QTRs.
  • Manage team performance through 1:1s and goal setting.
  • Analyse team MI and forecast resourcing requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure service standards compliance.
  • Maintain client data accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Support delivery of project work as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty regulations.
