Qualifications

Overview:

The B-Hive is an in‑house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots' own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team with the speed, flexibility and in‑depth brand knowledge of an in‑house set‑up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company. As a Client Manager, you’re the primary representative and face of The B-Hive. Reporting into the Senior Client Manager, you’ll be hands‑on, managing relationships and delivering briefs across internal and external stakeholders while working with our creative and production team to deliver first‑class projects. In this role, you’ll be one of the key client contacts within one of our latest and high‑profile accounts, managing key retail initiatives across paid media and liaising with multiple agency partners to deliver cross‑functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running projects and owning your client relationships, being confident and comfortable to challenge and develop the brief with clients.
  • Managing multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks or older and challenges are communicated and upholding the agency standards of ensuring great work is delivered.
  • Taking the lead in client meetings, presentations and sign‑offs both virtual and in‑person.
  • Being the delivery expert for your account, ensuring you’re pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, can‑do attitude.

    • Coordinate and partner with Project Managers to support planning, tracking and delivering end‑to‑end projects for a variety of campaign and channel requirements.
    • Proactive, continuous improvement of processes.
    • Supporting the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating and budgeting and ensuring monthly updates are on track.
    • Supporting the wider Client Management team across accounts and workstreams where needed.
    What you’ll need to have:
    • 5+ years of Account Management experience within an agency or related creative environment.
    • Experience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans.
    • Fluent in project management principles, specifically delivering omni‑channel creative assets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels.
    • Good with numbers, calculating and developing estimates for clients.
    • Confident and highly organised, with good listening and note‑taking skills.
    • Smart, friendly, pro‑active, and objective‑focused, always keeping the customer in mind.
    • Passionate about producing great creative.
    It would be great if you also have:
    • Degree level education.
    • Proven use of project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, to budget and with expected quality.
