Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or in a law firm would be an asset.
• Experience in client onboarding, billing, or collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflicts of interest checks, analysis, and reports.
• Liaise with Partners for Know Your Client requirements.
• Create and follow-up on Letters of Engagement.
• Open and close all matter files.
• Prepare and finalize all bills and assist with invoicing.
• Improve processes for efficiency in client lifecycle tasks.
