Overview

Client Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity here at Marsh Belux, as we’re looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join our Construction Team. Within your role you’ll be responsible for servicing both new & existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Client Executives, in servicing a book of clients, whilst supporting and handling the day-to-day activities including renewals, mid-term adjustments and technical client queries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments for several accounts.
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards and strategies.
  • Work effectively with Client Executives and the wider Client Advisor team to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews along with midterm changes, helping to contribute to branch performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and the wider Marsh network to provide best in class service and drive growth.
  • Offer technical support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and maintain a mutual internal and external understanding.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and be available to provide technical support to ensure maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Insurance industry, whether it is a Client Advisor or an individual looking to develop their career by moving into a Senior Client Advisor role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence to advise and negotiate.
  • The ability to build, manage and develop relationships.
