Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising cleaning or frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning SOPs, risk assessments, COSHH, and health & safety legislation.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in line with company SOPs.
• Complete, review and implement risk assessments and method statements.
