We are looking for a diligent and committed Cleaning Operative to join our Property team. This role involves both cyclical and reactive cleaning across Turning Tides residential and Hub services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
The Cleaning Operative will perform routine and reactive cleaning in communal areas, conduct VOID cleans to prepare vacant rooms for new occupants, and execute touch point cleaning. They will undertake deep cleaning following significant maintenance work or incidents and adapt cleaning tasks to meet the specific needs of each service. Additionally, they will assist the maintenance team by identifying issues during cleaning, take meter readings, and ensure compliance with health and safety practices, as well as other organisational policies.
