Who Are Chilled Pubs?

It all started in 2007 when Loren embraced Richard’s crazy dream, and together they purchased the Bulls Head in Repton. Seventeen years later, they have built a thriving pub business with 7 stunning sites, over 600 employees, an industry-leading food & drink menu, and 7 mascot alpacas.

What the Role Entails

• Maintaining WOW Standards: Ensure our pubs look amazing when our guests arrive, delivering top-notch cleanliness throughout.
• Fast-Paced Cleaning: Work efficiently without compromising quality. Our pubs are large, and we strive for excellence in cleanliness for our guests and team.
• Comprehensive Cleaning: Clean all areas in the main restaurant and bar, including hoovering, mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows and glass areas.
• Restroom Maintenance: Keep the main toilets clean and well-stocked for a busy service ahead.
• Outdoor Upkeep: General maintenance of outdoor areas, including litter picking and emptying bins (we also have a gardener to help).
