Annual salary of £43,000+, £25 per night out, guaranteed 55 hours/week, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), one Sunday shift in every 4 weeks, Overtime paid at enhanced rates, Secure parking via Snap, High Street discounts, cycle‑to‑work scheme, pension & more. Ongoing training & career development.

Your Role:

• Deliver high‑end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK.
• 6–8 drops per day with face‑to‑face customer interaction.
• 3–4 nights out per week (potentially bunking with a Porter).
• Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows).

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full Cat C licence.
• Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements).

Bonus (can be completed after probation):

• CSCS Green Labourer card.
