Immediate start date. Join our long‑established logistics client based in Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire as a Class 1 HGV Driver.

Job Description

Work involves Class 1 HGV driving to manufacturing sites or similar locations across the UK. Various start times are available ranging from Day shifts (0400‑0800) to Night shifts (1600 onwards). Experience with Curtain Sider or Box Trailers is an advantage but not essential. Flat‑Bed work is also available.

Licence Requirements

• HGV Class 1 Licence
• Up to date CPC for Class 1
• Up to date DigiCard for Class 1

What You Must Do

• Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
• Be punctual
• Smart appearance (no jeans, etc.) as you represent the company
• Keep the vehicle clean and maintained to a good standard
• Good communication skills – must be contactable throughout the shift

Salary

• Day per hour: £16.00 (PAYE) / £18.00 (Inc. Holiday Pay via Umbrella)
• Night per hour: £17.00 (PAYE) / £19.00 (Inc. Holiday Pay via Umbrella)
• Saturday: £18.00 (PAYE) / £20.00 (Inc. Holiday Pay via Umbrella)
• Sunday: £20.00 (PAYE) / £22.00 (Inc. Holiday Pay via Umbrella)
