You’ll need excellent attention to detail and be able to plan organise and meet set deadlines, as you’ll be entering data onto client records and ensuring that they’re completed within service standards.We need people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service as you’ll be monitoring claims and keeping customers and other relevant parties informed of the progress of claims.
