Who We Are:

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Welcome to Our Home – Lymington

A spacious two‑storey home with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

The Role
  • 1:1 support with young people
  • 39 hours per week, working 2 × 15‑hour shifts, 1 × 9‑hour shift and 1 sleepover per week
  • Shifts are 8am–1pm, 1pm–6pm and 6pm–11pm
  • One weekend off every three
  • Manual driving licence required
  • This is a temporary role for an initial period of 9 months for maternity cover – this may be extended or made permanent closer to the end date
