✨ Who We Are:

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

A spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive. 💛

💼 The Role
  • 👥 1:1 support with young people
  • ⏰ 9 and 15 hour shifts available from Monday - Sunday (days), as well as sleepovers
  • 🚗 UK driving licence required – own car is beneficial as the service is not well served by public transport
  • 👫 Bank roles available
