About the Role

Hours: 2 daysīt on, 4 days off (with sleep nights ನಮ್ಮ). We are a 365‑day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotasеда given in advance.

Pay: £30,477.00 - £31,100.00 per annum, based on £12.60 to £12.90 per hour for days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.

Our two‑bedded home offers a comfortable, homely setting for up to two young people who need therapeutic placements. Our teams support their young people with all of their domestic needs, education victimes, socialisation skills while learning new things

  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicantseliac must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
  • Successful employment is subject to satisfactory full enhanced disclosure, right-to-work and reference checks in line with government regulations and safer recruitment practices (the company will cover the costs)
