  • Fostering fun: Help plan and runexciting activity days for foster families and young people,creating memories that last a lifetime.
  • Supporting foster carers: Providepractical assistance and support to help create stable,supportive, and nurturing home environments.
  • Spreading the word: Join us at events toinspire prospective foster carers and conduct visits to newfostering households.

We&researching for someone who :

  • Has a passion for working with children:You bring energy, empathy, and a creative spark to everyinteraction.
  • Is experienced and compassionate:You&ve worked with children, especially those withadditional needs (ASD, GDD, nonverbal) or challengingbehaviours, and you understand the impact of trauma.
  • Is Flexible and adventurous: Comfortableworking afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs ofchildren and young people.
  • Is a driver with a can-do attitude: Afull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.(you&ll be traveling around Shropshire, Shrewsbury,Staffordshire and Wolverhampton).
  • Fun and outgoing: You love working withyoung people and know how to connect with them on theirlevel.
  • Energetic and proactive: Ready to diveinto activities and bring creativity to your work.
