Salary: £750 per day

If you're a top quality Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director who is frustrated with the confines of a normal corporate life and looking for something different, or you're an independent CFO who has already made the break from corporate life, or a working or returning CFO parent who wants more flexibility and work‑life balance, this might be for you.

You’ll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest. You’ll help clients reach those summits as a self‑starter with ambition, energy, and a can‑do attitude. You’ll build genuine long‑lasting relationships with clients, acting as part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend.

Responsibilities
  • Provide CFO services to ambitious private businesses (value £2-50M).
  • Support business owners to reach their growth and financial goals.
  • Grow your own portfolio of clients, supported by a global network of CFOs.
  • Work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • Qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes.
  • Have real‑life experience as a CFO/FD (one, two, or several times).
  • Strong experience and understanding of commercial finance, business strategy, and a track record of success.
  • Ability to build genuine long‑lasting relationships with clients.
