The Kennels, Goodwood’s private member's clubhouse, is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our passionate and creative kitchen team.

The Role

You’ll lead your own section within The Kennels kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver inspiring, high-quality dishes. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team that takes pride in exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Manage the setup, smooth running, and handover of your section
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and manage wastage
  • Provide accurate daily ordering information
  • Support colleagues across the kitchen and uphold Goodwood standards
